Anodic oxidation is a widely used and successful technology in aluminum plate surface technology. It looks like a simple and unremarkable transparent film, but it is composed of numerous hexagonal cylinders arranged into honeycomb structure, which is compact and tightly integrated with aluminum surface. Because of its special structure, the simple thin film is endowed with many excellent functions of aluminum plate.

1. Good corrosion performance:

The most important difference between aluminum oxide board and non-oxidized aluminum board is its corrosion resistance. When aluminum oxide board has corrosion resistance, it is more suitable to be used in the external wall of the building. With the passage of time, an aluminum board with strong corrosion resistance can go through decades, and its color will not change at all.

2. Scratch resistance:

When a piece of ordinary unoxidized aluminum is exposed to air for a period of time, a common oxide film is produced, but this oxide film has no protective effect and its properties change over time. But after a special oxidation, a common aluminum plate produces a hard, resistant layer with a surface hardness of sapphire and a molar hardness of 9.

3. No charge on the surface:

A metal is a conductive material. Its surface tends to generate electrical charges that attract dust and dust from the air, making its shiny surface slightly dull. Alumina completely solves this problem. It makes the aluminum plate, which is full of electric charge, become an insulator, and the surface is not easily contaminated with dust, thus making the surface of the aluminum oxide plate easier to take care of.
